WHAT DO WE DO?
Project for 2025:
AN ORPHANAGE
Living in Uganda has shown us the harsh reality of many children who suffer abuse at home and have nowhere to go, orphans who live temporarily in neighbours' houses and children who live completely alone on the street. That is why we are working to build an orphanage and offer them a safe home, education and emotional support, as every child in the world deserves. Our home responds to the need to create a safe and stable environment for children in a country where there are more than 2.7 million orphans and 8 million children at risk.
We will form a new family, giving them a second chance to grow in an environment full of love, values, education and all the emotional support they deserve. The main project is designed to accommodate 30 children but with the hope of being able to increase the number of children in the future whose lives we can change. To carry out these projects, we will also count on the collaboration of local workers who share our mission.

STORIES FROM SOME OF OUR CHILDREN
As we move forward with the construction of the orphanage, we sponsor orphaned children who live in boarding schools and those who, despite having a family, live in very precarious conditions. We cover all their expenses, also guaranteeing them a quality education. With your support, we can continue changing lives.
Faith
Faith is Peace's daughter (the girl we talked about in Nafasi Uganda's story). She is two years old and currently lives in a different school than her mother. She can only be with her mother during school holidays.
She is a very quiet and reserved girl at first, but when she feels comfortable, she does not stop singing and dancing.
She is always in a good mood and so well behaved that sometimes we treat her like a little grown-up: she loves to cook, clean and help in any way she can.
WILFRED
Wilfred was on a scholarship to a school that only offered primary education, so when he finished his schooling his only alternative was to work in the fields to pay for secondary school. However, Wilfred suffers from asthma, and the physical work in the fields caused him frequent attacks, which forced him to abandon his studies.
Thanks to Nafasi Uganda, Wilfred has been able to continue his education and is currently finishing his first year of secondary school.
